Vaping
Everybody knows that vaping is the healthy solution to smoking! It's basically water vapour, a bit of nicotine and some flavour added. Simple, right?
WRONG! Vaping can cause irreparable damage to your body as well. It was created by tobacco companies as a solution to the pushback against cigarettes, this time obviously targeting younger people. Because the vaping industry is newer, there aren't as many regulations covering it.

Did you know...
A developing teen brain uses its own cannabinoid system for crucial wiring, but external cannabis (weed) interferes with this natural process, disrupting the creation of neural connections for learning, memory, attention, and judgment, potentially causing long-lasting cognitive issues, mental health risks (like psychosis), and altering brain structure, with heavier, earlier use posing greater risks.

Because you are bored
Because your friends are doing it
Because it makes you feel great for a few hours
Because it makes you more fun to be around
Because your mental health makes you consider alternatives
