Activism -- the Art of Giving a Hoot

This is an exciting time to be a kid. All over the world, students are uniting to fight for their right to clean water, clean air and a livable climate. Watch the video below and check how Greta Thunberg has been making a difference for the past couple of years:




Due to her hard work and her willingness to give youth a voice regarding the damage caused by the changing climate around the world, Greta was chosen the 2019 Person of the Year by Time magazine.

Our grade seven classes last year joined together and created a box to send to the Prime Minister's office, with letters and items that reflected out collective views on climate change. They also created the video below to instruct others regarding climate change. What is your group interested in doing?
